We process personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing functional and user-friendly websites, including their content, and the services offered on them.


According to Article 4 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), "processing" means any operation or set of operations, such as the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storing, adapting, modifying, retrieving, viewing, using, disclosing, disseminating or otherwise making available, sorting or combining, restricting, deleting or disposing of personal data, whether automated or not.


The following privacy policy is intended to inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of this data, either under our own control or in connection with other entities. We also inform you below about the third party components we use to optimize our website and improve user comfort, which may result in those third parties also processing the data they collect and control.

The party responsible for this website (the "Administrator") for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act is:

II. Rights of users and data subjects


With regard to data processing, which will be described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to:


to confirm whether the data concerning them are processed, to the information on the processed data, to further information on the nature of the data processing and to the copies of the data (cf. also Article 15 of the GDPR);


to correct or supplement incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Article 16 of the GDPR);

for the immediate erasure of data concerning them (cf. also Article 17 of the DSGVO), or, if further processing is necessary under Article 17 of the DSGVO. 17 (3) of the GDPR, to limit that processing under Article 18 of the GDPR;

receive copies of the data concerning them and / or which they have provided and have them passed on to other providers / controllers (cf. also Article 20 of the GDPR);

lodge a complaint with the Authority if they consider that the data concerning them are being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Article 77 of the GDPR).

In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it makes the data available of any such corrections, deletions or restrictions on their processing pursuant to Article 16, 17 (1), 18 of the GDPR. However, this obligation shall not apply if such notification is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort. However, users have the right to information about these recipients.


Similarly, under Article 21 of the GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of their data by the controller under Article 6 (1) (a). f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of direct advertising is admissible.



III. Data processing information


Your data processed while using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of its retention ceases, unless its deletion is in conflict with legal retention obligations or unless otherwise specified.

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other data storage technologies that your browser stores on your computer. These cookies process certain specific information about you, such as your browser, location information or IP address.

If the processing does not serve to initiate or settle a contractual relationship, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. The legal basis is then Article 6 (1) (a). f) GDPR.


These session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

Customer account / registration


If you create a customer account with us via our website, we will use the data you entered during registration (eg your name, address or e-mail address), exclusively for the services leading to your possible order entry or conclusion of another contractual relationship with us. , to process such orders or contracts, and to provide customer care (e.g., to provide you with an overview of your previous orders or to offer you a wish list feature). We also store your IP address and the date and time of your registration. This data will not be passed on to third parties.


During the registration process, your consent to this processing of your data will be obtained with reference to this privacy policy. The information we collect will be used solely to provide your customer account.


If you consent to this processing, Article 6 (1) (a) will apply to you. a) The GDPR is the legal basis for this processing.


If the establishment of a customer account is also to lead to the commencement of a contractual relationship with us or to the fulfillment of an existing contract with us, the legal basis for this processing is also Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR.


You may withdraw your prior consent to the processing of personal data at any time in accordance with Article 7 (3) of the GDPR with effect for the future. Just let us know that you are withdrawing your consent.


Previously collected data will then be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to process it. However, we must comply with all data retention periods required by tax and commercial law.



Newsletter


If you subscribe to our free newsletter, we will be sent the information we request from you for this purpose, ie your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name and address. We also store the IP address of your computer and the date and time of your registration. During the registration process, we will obtain your consent to receive this newsletter and the type of content it will offer, with a link to this privacy policy. The data collected will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.


The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (a). a) GDPR.


You may withdraw your prior consent to receive this newsletter in accordance with Article 7 (3) of the GDPR with future effect. Just let us know that you are withdrawing your consent, or click on the unsubscribe link from each newsletter.



Contact


If you contact us via e-mail or contact form, the information you provide will be used to process your request. We must have this information at our disposal in order to process and answer your inquiry; otherwise we will not be able to answer it in full or at all.


The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR.


Your data will be deleted as soon as we fully respond to your inquiry and there will be no other legal obligation to retain your data, for example if an order or contract has resulted.
